Sell your 16X Aurora

5 quick questions

Step 1 of 5

Which chip does it have?

Do I need to sign out of my accounts on my 16X Aurora?
Yes, before we meet. Sign out of your Microsoft or Google account, then reset it (on Windows: Settings → System → Recovery → Reset this PC). We can help at the meetup if you get stuck.
Do you buy a 16X Aurora with a cracked screen?
Yes. Damage lowers the offer rather than disqualifying the device. Pick the closest condition in the questions above and tell us anything else that is wrong with it. Broken ones are still worth money.

How do I check how much storage my 16X Aurora has?

Settings → Storage, or Settings → About phone. If you are not sure, pick the size you think you bought. We confirm it when we meet.
