How much storage?

Galaxy Note 20 questions

Do you buy a Galaxy Note 20 that is still locked to a carrier?
Yes. A locked Galaxy Note 20 is worth less than an unlocked one, so tell us in the questions and the offer reflects it. We would rather price it honestly up front than find out when we meet.
Do I need to remove my Google account?
Yes, before we meet. A Galaxy Note 20 that is factory reset with a Google account still on it locks on the setup screen and we cannot resell it. Remove the account first (Settings → Accounts), then reset.

More Samsung devices we buy

Do you buy a Galaxy Note 20 with a cracked screen?

Yes. Damage lowers the offer rather than disqualifying the device. Pick the closest condition in the questions above and tell us anything else that is wrong with it. Broken ones are still worth money.

How do I check how much storage my Galaxy Note 20 has?

Settings → Storage, or Settings → About phone. If you are not sure, pick the size you think you bought. We confirm it when we meet.
